Role Overview: As the Branch Manager, you'll act as the driving force in our local
market, spearheading business development and meeting operational and financial
goals. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and operational management, with
responsibilities ranging from business-to-business sales, customer service, risk
management, to employee supervision.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales through B2B sales.
Achieve sales and profit goals by expanding customer base and fostering
business growth.
Manage branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective risk
management.
Requirements:
3 years in B2B sales and/or operations management, preferably in staffing,
preferred but more interested in the right personality and attitude.
Strong multitasking abilities under pressure.
Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
