Dynamic Architectural/Engineering firm with offices throughout the United States and overseas seeks to add a strong Senior Registered Electrical Engineer with a proven record in facility design, construction and commissioning/turn-over. Responsibilities:

• Marketing and developing business regionally for the company.
• Managing electrical design activities within the office.
• Technically lead the staff and develop young engineers and engineering technicians
• Perform QA/QC on projects
• Designing complicated and various types of electrical systems utilized within the respective markets listed above
• Assist field staff, General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and design during construction
• Supplement and support several efforts within other departments and other business lines
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks and critical thinking
• Create and evolve system designs from concept to final construction document phase
• Perform analyses and apply problem solving techniques in order to develop creative, innovative solutions

Experience/Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering BS degree
• Professional Engineering License is required
• 8-10 years’ experience in low-voltage building system electrical design
• Knowledge of local, state and federal codes and standards.
• Knowledge of Unified Facility Criteria a plus
• Knowledge of Revit required.
