Position Summary
Performs repetitive electromechanical assembly and complex electromechanical assembly, involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.

- Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence
- Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination
- Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products, as well as complex custom products
- Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g., color code, NEC and UL codes/standards
- Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures
- Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)
- Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
- Maintains equipment and area in a orderly and safe condition
Formal EducationRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent
RequiredKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience required
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams and point to point drawings
- Proficient in the use of hand tools
