Role Overview:

We're excited to invite a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Sales Trainer to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be responsible for training and coaching a small team of up to five sales representatives. Your expertise will help them connect with both existing and potential customers over the phone. If you have a background in sales training and sales experience, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Product Expert: You possess in-depth product knowledge and can effectively explain technical information.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in using sales tools, CRM systems, and relevant technologies.
  • Organized: Your time management and organizational skills are outstanding, keeping you on top of your tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide comprehensive training, feedback, and support, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products/services and addressing inquiries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and empathy.
  • Professional Presence: Exude confidence, positivity, and professionalism in all interactions to build trust and credibility.
  • Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in the face of rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities.

Additional Information:

This part-time position is based in our office and offers an opportunity to work as an Independent Contractor. Our compensation structure includes both a salary and commissions, with the potential for negotiation based on performance and salary requirements.
