This posting is for a Director of Human Resources for the 2024-25 school year. This is a Classified, Exempt, Non-Represented position. It is 8 hours per day, 260 days per year, which includes holidays and vacation days. This position is open until filled. Position Summary:
The Director of Human Resources plans, directs, and coordinates all functions of the Human Resources Management program, including recruitment and selection, compensation, staffing, discipline and performance management, labor relations through the administration of collective bargaining agreements, and workforce communications covering all areas of personnel management. Is responsible for the supervision of assigned staff and annual evaluations. Coordinates placement of all student teachers with colleges and universities. Works in a highly collaborative manner with the Superintendent, District administration, bargaining units, employees, and Educational Service District 113. Assures a positive image of the District by responding to staff and the public in a professional manner.

This is a Classified, Exempt, Non-Represented position. It is 8 hours per day, 260 days per year, which includes holidays and vacation days. The 2024-2025 salary range is $88,118.15-$97,909.05.
The District complies with State Law regarding SEBB () and DRS () eligibility and benefits. If eligible, SEBB benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, AD&D Insurance, Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSA), and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP). Retirement benefits, if eligible, may include membership in SERS retirement plans in addition to voluntary Deferred Compensation Program and 403(b) Annuity enrollments. Paid time off and VEBA are also benefits outlined in the Unrepresented Employees Group Agreement.
