The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has an exciting opportunity within our State Land Survey Program for a Professional Land Surveyor to join our Land Surveyors and Technicians team. We utilize robotic total stations, modern multi-constellation GNSS receivers, and up-to-date office software to perform Cadastral, GLO/PLSS retracements, boundary staking, and topographic surveys on state-managed forest lands, natural areas, and recreation sites. DNR encourages and supports the continuing professional development of our Land Survey staff. This is a great opportunity for a licensed surveyor wanting to work in non-urban areas primarily in SW Washington with a small, but highly skilled work group.
