Role: Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Location: Cherokee, Alabama
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the maintenance team to achieve excellence in safety, efficiency, and quality.

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.

- Analyze and troubleshoot process concerns to minimize costs and prevent operation delays.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

- Manage departmental budget and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a strong background in chemical processing preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field from an accredited program.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards.

- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving change and continuous improvement.
