L & D Sales LLC is a small business in Cherokee, AL. We are professional, agile, challenging and our goal is to Effeciently & Effectively Help and Serve Customers, Inventory Counts & Post Online Sales. Will need to work Sundays 12-5 weekly.

**Store Clerk**

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.

- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

- Inventory Counts to maintain supplies for the customers.

- Add & Delete Inventory for Online Sales as well as place items and get them ready for shipping.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.

- Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, electrical, auto is a plus.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient in operating a cash register and performing retail math calculations.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
