Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Healthcare Payments sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill future vacancies.
- Utilize Paylocity to manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to create action plans based on survey feedback.
- Organize and lead employee engagement activities and programs.
- Monitor and report on employee retention metrics and suggest improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize Paylocity for HR operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Healthcare Payments (nice to have).
- Proven experience in employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Paylocity software is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
