Procom is Hiring a Talent Specialist Near Cherry Hill, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Specialist with a focus on recruiting and Retention to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on recruiting top talent within the Healthcare Payments sector, enhancing employee retention, and driving engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payments recruiting, proven success in employee retention strategies, and proficiency with Paylocity software.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Healthcare Payments sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill future vacancies.
  • Utilize Paylocity to manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
Employee Retention and Engagement
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to create action plans based on survey feedback.
  • Organize and lead employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Monitor and report on employee retention metrics and suggest improvements as needed.
HR Operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Paylocity for HR operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Healthcare Payments (nice to have).
  • Proven experience in employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity software is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
