POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Deli Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and long-term success of the Deli and Food Court merchandising programs and successful effectiveness in all our stores. This position is responsible for building sales, developing talent, merchandising, inventory control, shrink and risk management controls, and creating a culture of selling. This position reports directly to the VP of Merchandising and Sales and will work closely with Store Operations for best-in-class, day to day execution and store guidance.
