Responsibilities
- Program, configure and test systems including VLAN’s and routing traffic for industry/manufacturer best practices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
- Responds to customer calls and issues and immediately responds via remote connection.
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Complete project documentation.
- Diagnose physical hardware and troubleshoot programming issues.
- Provide remote service to customers.
- Instruct and train customers on functional operation of the equipment/system.
- Work with the customers network administrators for initial conception through system turnover.
- Troubleshoot security systems functionality to achieve successful system deployment.
