Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Job Summary:
You will be working for a custom metal fabricating company located near downtown Cincinnati, OH which was founded in 1920 solving our customers dust, pollution, and air handling challenges. The ideal candidate must have a strong mechanical aptitude ~ showing attention to detail ~ be very organized ~ and be willing to learn the company's procedures and way of doing things. Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Mechanical is a must with any experience with Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks being a plus, as is any experience with sheet metal and or metal fabrications. You will be asked to create assembly and shop drawings of dust/fume collection systems, ductwork, bases, platforms, booths, structural parts, specialty sheet metal parts, etc.
