Premier Resources Group (PRG) is Hiring a Recruiter Near Cincinnati, OH
- Support the fulfillment of direct hire and professional staffing positions, responsible for candidate sourcing including active recruiting, passive recruiting, and phone screening of candidates. Interface with clients via phone, and email.
- Enter relevant client and candidate data into the ATS and CRM systems.
- Other related duties as required.
- Must be comfortable with phone calls/cold calling; with strong interpersonal skills
- Sales, staffing, HR, and/or recruiting industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, and able to work with minimal direction.
- Comfortable working with a high-performance work teams under tight deadlines.
- Compensation: $25.00-35.00/hour (dependent on experience)
- The company is pleased to offer participation in various insurances including, Group Health, Group Life, Vision and Dental, 401k Plan (vesting periods may be required)
