Job Title: Industrial Engineer Level 1

Role Overview:

The Industrial Engineer will be instrumental in enhancing our operational workflows. This role involves a deep analysis of current work methods, the adoption of industry-leading practices, and the implementation of labor standards through precise Method Time Management techniques. The successful candidate will be pivotal in the integration and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Labor Management System, leveraging advanced software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent academic background.
• Proficiency in developing and interpreting process maps and flow diagrams.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and statistical acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects effectively.
• A meticulous and organized approach to work.
• Willingness and ability to travel independently as business needs dictate.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with MTM1 and MTM2 methodologies.
• A track record of conducting time studies and establishing labor standards.
• Familiarity with the EASE Industrial Engineering Software Platform.
• Previous experience in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for the Enterprise Labor Management System across various divisions.
• Continuously develop, review, and standardize corporate labor benchmarks.
• Conduct detailed time studies and integrate findings within the EASE Software suite.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate the impact of new equipment and procedural modifications.
• Research, validate, and codify best practices in labor management.
• Maintain expertise in MTM-UAS and EASE Industrial Engineering Software solutions.
• Lead and manage strategic projects with a focus on operational excellence.
