Description

To embody The Curious Crow Company's culture and brand, the ideal candidate should have an interest in (or be open to learning about) the store's products and events. This role includes engaging with customers, serving refreshments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere to elevate the customer experience beyond a simple transaction. Additionally, this position is flexible to meet business needs and may require answering calls or processing products when other team members are occupied.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the work area clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment, and providing a secondary response to phones and retail customers
• Following proper cash handling procedures and accurately recording transactions
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of beverages and products to meet company standards
• Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment and experience for the customer, yourself, and others
• Taking initiative to suggest improvements in processes or customer experience for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year experience working in the service industry, preferably with alcohol sales or as a bartender

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
