ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for creating a great first impression.
- Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Conserve Executive Director's time by researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintain Executive Director's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and ensuring they meet deadlines.
- Assist Executive Director to assemble resident files prior to move in and throughout his/her residency
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA.
- Provide reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording, meeting discussions.
- Attend mandatory Team meetings.
- Fulfill annual training requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases for contracts and agreements.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets and other reports.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

From $18.00 an hour
