Assistant Athletic Director

The Forest Hills School District, consistently ranked as one of the top achieving districts in Ohio, seeks to employ a dynamic professional for the position of Anderson High School Assistant Athletic Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Athletic Director with administration and oversight of the athletic programs for all women’s and men’s teams at Anderson High School.

Candidates for the position of Anderson High School Assistant Athletic Director must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit or the ability to be granted one

• Administrative abilities

• Strong leadership skills

• High energy, creative, and innovative thinker

• Familiarity of online scheduling software

• Strong work ethic

• Passionate about high school athletics and working with student athletes

• Must be able to effectively communicate to various stakeholders (students, coaches, parents, community members and school staff, etc.)

• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

This is a full-time administrative (FLSA exempt), two hundred twenty-five (225) day position. A multi-year total compensation package, with an annual salary range of $37,885 - $70,358, commensurate with qualifications and experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
