The hospital is 49-bed acute care medical center, offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.

- Perform routine Mammography procedures, with the ability to produce quality images.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) functions related to Mammography and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA)
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of Mammographic, Radiographic and other related equipment as necessary
- Accurately calculate and appropriate exposure factors and evaluate images for diagnostic quality
- Obtain patient history, explain procedures and position patients accurately to ensure safety and comfort during the scan
- Assist Radiologists and other healthcare practitioners with invasive procedures and practices as required
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Complete a 40-hour specialized mammography course and be eligible for the Mammography registry.
- Advanced certification in Mammography is required within one year of hire.
- Competency in components of Radiography and Mammography practice.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in 3D Mammography
- One year of direct Mammography experience
