This role is contract-to-hire.
This role is on-site in Clarion, Iowa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
