Compensation Range : $19 - 24 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sample Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of vendor samples, organizing and tracking prototypes, and supporting our client's innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cosmetic industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Open Development Vendor Sample Management

• Organize and follow up with samples.
• Create and manage spreadsheet trackers.
• Handle shipping logistics for samples.

Prototype Delivery

• Deliver prototypes to various departments and innovation teams.
• Organize and schedule innovation and follow-up meetings.

Vendor Coordination

• Set up vendor convention show and tell events.
• Help assess prototypes and provide feedback.
• Follow up with vendors for sample requests and marketing materials.

Market Research

Conduct internet searches on competitive products.

Documentation and Presentation

Assist in the preparation of presentations and technical dossiers.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• 0-3 years of experience, with a preference for at least 1 year in the cosmetic industry.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Team-player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
