Food and Beverage Manager
Location : Clear Lake, IA
Salary : $65K-$70K Bonus

Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining & banquet operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's nuances, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and drive our mission to deliver unparalleled guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management :
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and high-quality standards.
- Maintain inventory, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Guest Experience :
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight :
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify opportunities for growth.
Menu Development :
- Collaborate with chefs to design innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
