Robert Half is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager Near Clearwater, FL

DescriptionWe are opening a position for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Clearwater, Florida. This role will be based in an office setting and will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
This is a permanent position that will pay up to $80,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role
  • Proficiency in 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing benefit functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Extensive experience in compensation administration, including wage and salary determination and bonus strategies
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and legal regulations, including labor laws and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements
  • Proven track record in fostering positive employee relations and mediating conflicts
  • Proficiency in using Paychex software for payroll, HR, and benefits management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop strategic HR plans and policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
