Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available units
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for data entry and record keeping
- Effectively communicate lease terms and negotiate leasing terms with prospective tenants
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential residents
- Upsell additional amenities or services to enhance resident experience
- Manage customer relationships and address any concerns or conflicts promptly
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Utilize OneSite or other property management software for leasing activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in property management software like Yardi or OneSite
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Exceptional customer service and conflict management abilities
- Familiarity with customer relationship management techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
