TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Commercial Security Technology Company in the Columbus area on their search for a Security Technician with experience in the Commercial sector to work on medium to large scale Physical Security Projects ranging in value up to $5 Million.

The Security Technician will be working alongside a team of Security professionals installing and servicing larrge and small scale security systems. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the team's behalf about such items as change orders and upgrades.

Job Title: Security Technician (2-5 years)

Project Types: Commercial, Multiple Dwelling Units, New Construction, Office Buildings, Hospitality, Sports Arenas, Healthcare, HOW, and More

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all essential Install Technician job responsibilities
• Maintain the project schedule and budget
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Contractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
• Work with install team and subcontractors to ensure project is on track
• Ensure equipment and Tools are stocked and ready for use for project specifications
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualification:

• Proven experience installing and servicing security systems
• 2-5 years in the Physical Security industry
• Bonus - Security Certifications: Avigilon, Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Bosch, Software House CCure, S2, and more

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
