Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager and Deputy Operations Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a leader with a strong background in sales management, customer engagement, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive an unparalleled shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized service, and close sales effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Monitor and track individual and team sales performance, ensuring targets are met consistently.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to enhance their selling techniques and customer service skills.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Oversee customer relationship management to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Operations Management:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and maintaining stock levels.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance store performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail jewelry or high-end sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Outgoing personalty
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in tracking sales performance and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Operational experience, including inventory management and process optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is preferred.
