As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by helping them protect what matters most. We are seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative with experience in commission-based sales who is passionate about building relationships, providing personalized solutions, and exceeding client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
Providing tailored advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage options
Assisting clients in assessing risks and offering suitable insurance solutions
Cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client portfolios
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Staying updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance sales or a related commission-based sales field is required for this role, and an active property & Casualty insurance license in Tennessee is also required .

ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
RequirementsWorks well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
