**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently. **Duties:** - Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch drivers - Coordinate freight movement and track shipments - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries - Monitor fleet management systems for optimal performance - Use GIS tools to plan efficient routes - Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with drivers and clients **Requirements:** - Proficiency in AS400 and other relevant software systems - Experience in transportation management or a related field - Knowledge of fleet management practices - Strong data entry skills - Familiarity with phone systems for communication purposes - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Join our team as a Dispatcher and be part of a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a difference in our operations.

Job Type: Full-time
