Position Available: Industrial Maintenance Technician II

We are actively seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for our dynamic location. This role involves a typical workload of 50 hours per week with overtime, requiring flexibility for early mornings, early evenings, and Saturdays. The pay range is $30-$38 per hour based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the smooth operation of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Adhere to equipment standards as per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Participate in expansion, renovation, and cost-saving projects.
• Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills and mentor junior technicians.
• Work with electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic schematics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electronic and electrical systems.
• Handle PLCs, motors, and electrical circuits.
• Understand and maintain pneumatics, compressed air systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Operate industrial-sized boilers and steam systems.
• Repair various pump styles (water and air).
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Occasionally travel and work at heights.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s degree from a technical college or 2 years of industrial technician experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Proven experience with PLCs, motors, and hydraulic systems.
• Comfortable with occasional travel and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance, regardless of weather.
