Hydro Service & Supplies is a leader in the design, fabrication, installation, and service of high purity water systems. What began as a small start-up company in 1967 is today an industry standard for customized pretreatment and filtration skids, high purity water generation systems, storage and distribution skids, reclamation systems, and high-performance process skids for Life Sciences.
Our New Jersey team is looking for a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background to manage equipment and perform service related repairs for our clients with systems ranging from small countertop laboratory point-of-use applications to large central systems. Training will be provided for specific applications, equipment, and water testing procedures.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
· Perform preventative maintenance, Trouble shooting, Emergency System Service
· System sanitizations
· Replacing water filters
· Replacing UV lamps
· Replacing Reverse Osmosis Membranes
· Fill out preventive maintenance logs.
· Maintain a Hydro Fleet Vehicle.
· Retain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Exchanging DI tanks
· Water testing
· Available for 24/7 “On Call” rotation after completion of training
Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
· Valid driver’s license w/ record in good standing is required
· Must have Hands on type of experience (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc..)
· Must know how to use basic hand and power tools.
· Good customer service skills
· Ability to complete maintenance documents
· Ability to lift 100 lbs.
