CAPP is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Clifton, PA
CAPP is looking for customer service specialists to assist on our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. This is an entry level position and all training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchase orders
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
- Ensures fulfillment of customer orders
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years working in customer service preferred; Experience with HVAC or similar industry a plus

- Interpersonal skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
