Joyology Corporate Office is Hiring an Accountant Near Clinton, MI
Job Duties:
· Responsible for completing multiple facility journal entries.
· Responsible for managing financials for multiple entities.
· Produces monthly financial reports.
· Reconciles monthly bank statement and balance sheet accounts.
· Interacts with facility managers.
· Validates and analyze revenue and expenses to budget.
· Maintains capital expenditures schedules.
· Timely gathering and submittal of required information for external Auditors.
· Completes required reporting for grants on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Oversees and directs corporate accounts payable.
· Completes ACH payments and setups.
Qualifications:
· Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.
· Expert experience with financial software including Quickbooks.
· Demonstrated proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment.
· Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
· Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
