Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving business growth through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a passion for business development, and a keen understanding of technology sales. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in inside sales, warm calling, and market research to make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce products or services and build relationships
- Utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, track interactions, and analyze sales trends
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target specific markets
- Engage in warm calling to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through a combination of new business development and upselling/cross-selling existing clients
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to continuously improve sales techniques and stay ahead of the competition
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales and outbound calling
- Strong background in business development and technology sales
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage sales processes and track interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to research and target specific markets and demographics
- Experience with warm calling and cold calling techniques
- Familiarity with software and technology products
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- English language proficiency
