Location: Clover, SC
Salary: $50K - $80K (Dependent on Experience)
Requirements: B.S. in Engineering discipline / Experience with machining / QS9000 ISO/TS16949 knowledge / Skilled in gage calibration and measurement system analysis
Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:
- GD&T
- CMM or similar experience
- Complete customer First Article Inspection reports
- Disposition non-conforming products
- Perform root cause analysis for disposition reporting
- Complete procedural reviews, writing and training
- Work on Continuous Improvement Initiatives in support of quality objectives
- Initiate Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
- Lead investigations in corrective action efforts and completing required reporting
- Create Work Instructions to promote consistent quality
- Follow established policies and procedures in support QS9000 Standards
- Participate/Lead in Quality System Audits
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- QS9000 experience preferred but not required
- Bachelors, Associates or technical degree in Engineering
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
- Excellent problem solving skills
