Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various quality control and assurance measures. Your expertise in precision measuring instruments and knowledge of FDA regulations will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
- Analyze data collected during inspections and audits to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems and processes
- Stay updated on FDA regulations and industry best practices related to quality control

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus
- Proven experience working in a quality control or assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, FDA regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
