Key Responsibilities
- Educate community referral sources about our client's offerings.
- Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate and implement outreach activities targeting senior communities.
- Develop sustainable partnerships with entities such as senior centers, assisted living facilities, and food banks.
- Craft and execute strategic marketing plans monthly in collaboration with the MOE Director to meet enrollment objectives.
- Proficiency with CRM and data management tools, including Salesforce and Athena.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Health Care Administration is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on healthcare or senior care settings.
- Must complete DHCS marketing representative training and examination within the first 30 days of employment.
