What you'll do

The Food Service Worker I will work Per Diem, Various Shifts and Weekends .

• The Food Service Worker completes assigned functions within the department, excellent customer service, operates and maintains the dietary food equipment.
• Through constant interactions with customers, physicians, nursing, and visitors will provide efficient, courteous, and accurate service.
• The Food Service Worker performs a variety of routine duties in the sanitation area of the Food Service Department.

What we need from you

Education / Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience :

Previous Food Service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements :

Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 lbs. for force occasionally, and / or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and / or up to 10 lbs.

• Occasional balancing, climbing, crouching, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, stooping, tactical sense, visual acuity(color, depth, perception), fit testing.
• Frequent typing / clerical / dexterity, seeing / monitor / computer use, talking.
• Constant walking.

Hazards :

Occasional bodily fluids / bloodborne exposure, burns, chemical.

Working conditions :

Occasional noise, wet and / or humid, mists, odors.

Travel :

The job may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis.

Pay Range

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

Pay Range Minimum : USD $16.00 / Hr.
