Supports and integrates enterprise systems including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security monitoring tools such as Defender for Endpoint. Oversees user security issues and fulfills Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests by retrieving necessary data from Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Assists with the integration and support of the district's student information system and learning management system. Provides data reporting, analytics, and project management support. Conducts training and troubleshooting across enterprise systems to enhance district operations.

  • Reports consistently for work as scheduled

  • Assists in the development and implementation of the IT department site plan
  • Assists with coordinating application upgrades and patching
  • Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
  • Creates and maintains documentation for disaster recovery purposes
  • Creates learning opportunities designed to help learning facilitators strategically integrate technology resources into their curricula
  • Creates, maintains, and documents enterprise system policies and procedures
  • Defines reporting and scripting requirements and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Develops, posts and otherwise distributes instructional materials, for technical support
  • Handles requests for information under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), using tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive to pull necessary data.
  • Participates in training activities to further knowledge
  • Plans and delivers needed professional development for the district
  • Prioritizes workload and establish effective communication of those priorities
  • Provides secondary support for other enterprise systems which are not part of the primary assignment
  • Resolves technical issues and software bugs
  • Serves as an effective team member of the Information Technology department
  • Supervises a process governing authorization for enterprise systems to ensure application security
  • Works additional unscheduled hours when required for critical tasks and provide 24 hour support when critical needs arise
  • Works directly with end users to diagnose and resolve issues

  • Knowledge of and experience with one or more application administration tools that may include Microsoft Azure AD, O365 Administrative Console, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Powershell, Google G-Suite, Google Administrative Console
  • Knowledge of and experience with system administration tasks on supported enterprise systems
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training as required

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two or more years (48 semester hours or more of college with no degree)
  • Some Experience with patching policies and procedures for enterprise applications
  • Some Experience training and working with end users
  • 3-5 Years Experience Enterprise Application Support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)
  • Some SQL query and report development experience
  • Experience Working in an Educational Environment
  • Infinite Campus Experience in a Support or End User Role
