We are looking for Communications Coordinator (Contractor) to join our Corporate Communications team reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications. In this role, you will use your masterful communications experience to help Infoblox with several key product launches spanning public relations, analyst relations and social media.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and help get big projects off the ground to completion. You will focus on coordinating a variety of external communications activities, including working across our cross-functional teams, geographies, and agencies. You will also support writing, editing and proofreading content that reaches a variety of audiences. While this role will directly support the upcoming product launches, it will also support Corporate Communications with ad-hoc communications activities, globally. 

What you’ll do:

  • Review and editing bylined article content and supporting placements with global PR agencies 
  • Develop executive and subject matter briefing materials in support of global PR and analyst relations activations for launch
  • Support and coordinate the development of press kits and associated materials for global teams
  •  Develop weekly social media content posts for Infoblox’s employee advocacy platform, leveraging GEO specific media coverage highlights/clippings
  •  Support developing thought leadership Q&A content with analysts for video podcasts and other influencer content types
  • Support reviewing, editing and proofreading written third party content in support of the launches
  • Coordinate scheduling with key stakeholders, internally and externally 
  • Support in developing/localizing press releases and media pitches based upon company reports/data
  • Support the social media team with editorial planning, content creation, monitoring, measurement and reporting 
  • Support the development of other launch materials including impactful PPT presentations
  • Develop launch communications impact reports (spanning public relations, analyst relations and social media)

What you’ll bring: 

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, marketing and social media in a related field
  • A passion for working in fast-paced environment, coupled with a track record of understanding and articulating the nuances of B2B networking and security products is essential
  • Demonstrated skill in crafting compelling short form copy that enhances audience engagement and drives conversions
  • A proven track record of collaboration and leadership working synergistically with both marketing teams and business leaders
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment – focused on delivering measurable results
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the aptitude to break down complex concepts into clear, impactful communications 
  • High proficiency in copywriting, editing and proofreading, as well as PowerPoint skills, and presentation development (using visuals and key phrases, to grab an audience’s attention, while ensuring the message is clearly articulated. (This includes writing talking points, and distilling complex information into digestible, easy to understand bullets) 
  • Strong ability to distill complex messages and content into digestible soundbites and key messages for a variety of audiences – with a specific knowledge of what works well for media/journalists, analyst and social media audiences
  • First-hand experience in writing social media posts, content, and editorial planning and measurement techniques
  • Innovative problem-solving and a balance of strategic and solutions-based thinking to address challenges with creative solutions that align with business launch goals
