Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our team at the Candlewood Suites in Columbia TN. This position of part-time Night Auditor works from 11pm-7am every Friday and Saturday. You will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Manage phone systems and assist with reservations
- Perform security walks of the property to ensure safety and security standards are met
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the relevant departments
- Assist with any guest services as needed during the night shift

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests
