Enkei America Moldings is Hiring a CNC Machine Operator Near Columbus, IN
JOB SUMMARY
Enkei America Moldings is looking to hire a full time CNC Machine Operator. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for various part and tool set ups in our CNC Lathes, as well as any setups required to prepare part for the machine. Operator will perform these tasks in a clean and climate-controlled environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Three to six months manufacturing experience.
2. Ability to read basic process sheets and blueprints.
3. Ability to perform Statistical Process Control checks and various tagging procedures.
4. Will be required to operate multiple production equipment within the department.
5. Required to complete all documentation relating to quality and quantity of work.
6. Ability to read instruction sheets, write numbers and instructions, and discuss production-related issues with others.
7. Math skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
8. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
9. Acceptable attendance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling molds throughout the mold operations by performing the following duties; other duties may be assigned.
1. Performs operations on assigned machines.
2. Fits and assembles and disassembles parts to make or repair mold parts and to modify molds.
3. May perform routine setups, but complex setups, fixtures and tooling are performed by others.
4. Notifies Supervisor if more complex tool or machine adjustments are required.
5. May operate computer console.
6. Uses simple measurement instruments to check work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
