Job Description
As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring all work procedures and cost controls are maintained. Your core responsibilities will include reviewing subcontractor scope, performing day-to-day on-site management, preparing short-term schedules, and updating and overseeing quality control and safety programs. You will enforce safety policies, schedule workers, manage equipment and material delivery, and ensure project compliance with national or local building codes. Additionally, you will maintain involvement in project planning, direction, coordination, and budgeting through subordinate supervisory personnel. You will also handle submittal coordination and review, supervise special inspections, and hold safety and preparatory meetings with the team.
