Hadley's Kitchen Bar, located in the exciting Red Brick District of downtown Columbus, is hiring for a bartender and server.
This is a great opportunity for both service industry professionals and newcomers; experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
Applicants should be personable, positive, and proactive. We are looking for individuals with high energy who are excited to give our guests the best and most memorable experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- welcoming and engaging guests in a friendly manner
- taking accurate orders
- maintaining knowledge of the establishments products and specials
- handling cash transactions accurately
- light cleaning and stocking duties
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- customer service experience preferred
- cash handling/basic math skills
- comfortable using/learning a point-of-sale system
- ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- ability to prioritize tasks
- adaptability
- team player
- MUST be able to work most weekends
- MUST be old enough to serve alcohol
