Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

Duties:

- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials
- Verify orders, label packages, and prepare items for shipping
- Utilize warehouse management systems like AS400 to track inventory
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly
- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Skills:

- Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong basic math skills for order verification and inventory counts
- Experience with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Knowledge of order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with e-commerce shipping practices
