Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development. The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all steel sales activities in the assigned market including consulting the sales team, distributing, and controlling prospects, monitoring sales pipelines, managing budgets, and communicating with other departments. Establishes specific plans and strategies to maximize the company’s market share at its existing customer base and expand the customer base in the marketing area.
