**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores(s). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in retail management, particularly within a quick serve restaurant setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, and staff supervision

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in management, preferably in a food service environment

- Strong understanding of retail math and financial management

- Ability to conduct interviews, recruit, and train employees effectively

- Excellent organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently

- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems

- Experience in developing training programs for staff development

- Prior experience in store management roles is highly desirable

Pay: $22.95 - $24.20 per hour
