Job Title: Manufacturing Execution Systems Specialist

Location: Concord NC – Onsite

Contract: 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Manufacturing Execution Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support for our Rockwell PharmaSuite MES system and its integration with MQuEST. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality management systems.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Respond to user queries and support requests related to PharmaSuite MES and MQuEST.

- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues in both systems.

- Document and track incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.

- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks.

- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within PharmaSuite and MQuEST.

- Assist with minor configuration changes under the supervision of higher-level support or system administrators.

- Conduct basic training sessions for new users on PharmaSuite and MQuEST functionalities.

- Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Collaborate with IT, MES, and Quality teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements in all activities.

- Participate in preparing for and supporting audits related to PharmaSuite and MQuEST operations.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Basic understanding of Rockwell PharmaSuite MES and MQuEST or similar MES and Quality Execution Systems.

- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking concepts.

- Knowledge of SQL and database management principles.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

*Preferred Qualifications*:

- Prior experience in an MES or Quality System support role within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

- Familiarity with ERP and LIMS integration.

*Working Conditions*:

- On-site position with occasional off-hours support as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
