Hershey Montessori School’s collaborative staff invite you to join our school as a Finance Assistant at our Concord Campus. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual who will have experience working with non-profit accounting, preferably, Quickbooks experience, and working with schools is an added plus. The position is full-time hours equivalent while school is in session, 30 hours per week in the summer months, the school office is closed on Fridays in the summer.

Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card and expense report reconciliation, and tracking tuition payments.

While a four-year accounting-related degree is preferred, it is not required for someone with comparable experience.
