Gentle Angels Caregiving Services is Hiring a Care Provider Near Connellsville, PA

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Implement behavior management systems and strategies
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Advocate for resident rights and promote independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care, social work, and first aid is a plus
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
