Job Overview:
As an Internal Corporate Recruiter at AllianceHCM, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our growing teams. Your responsibilities will touch the entire recruitment lifecycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs to ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions and maintain real time reporting of candidate pipeline status.
Screening and Selection:
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to identify individuals who align with AllianceHCM's values and culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, and provide valuable insights to hiring managers to inform their decision-making.
  • Manage PXT Assessment Program and improve our benchmarking metrics
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure an efficient, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback with no more than 24 hours between interviews and following up with next steps.
  • Ensure compliance with AllianceHCM recruiting SLAs.
Onboarding and Integration:
  • Collaborate with the head of HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with departmental managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to continually hone the hiring profile for each role.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Alliances homegrown applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work closely with the back-end development team to ensure routine improvements to the ATS.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment-related reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Provide weekly progress reports for hiring managers with active roles, and monthly updates to the C-Suite with status updates, pipeline review, conversion rates, and recruitment trends internally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter or in-house talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and HRIS concepts is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
