Inventory Control Supervisor

Our Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the branch, including supervision of the employees, facility, inventory and driving operations related activities in a large facility.

What You'll Do

• Facilitating compliance to corporate health, safety, and environmental affairs policies, including completion of all required training, documentation and record keeping.
• Supporting sales efforts consistent with corporate and regulatory compliance, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage inventory of finished goods and indirects
• Manage, and maintain, aged inventory and customer supplied inventory.
• Supporting branch health and safety program.
• Manage branch's cycle count process and investigations of any inventory inaccuracies.
• Conduct internal audits of cycle counts and documentation.
• Manage site's systematic processes for receiving, process orders, pick tickets and bill of ladings.
• Creating a positive work environment and cultivates employee ownership of branch operations and performance.
• Participating in inspections from outside agencies (DOT,EPA,FDA,DHS).
• Direct supervision for Inventory Control Coordinators

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation
• SAP experienceis highly preferred (Tableau experience is nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excel and Word
• IATA/IMDG certification is a plus
